Locked first, picked second, checkable forever.
Once a list is locked, nobody can change who wins. Not you, and not us. If a list is ever drawn twice, both proof pages say so.
Lock the list
Paste or upload your entrants. Drawproof fingerprints the list and the rules together, so neither can change afterwards.
Timestamp it
Two independent timestamp authorities sign the time, and the fingerprint is anchored to Bitcoin.
Public randomness picks
Winners come from a League of Entropy randomness round that did not exist yet when your list was locked.
Anyone checks
Entrants check their entry and re-run the whole draw in their browser. Every check is public.
Read exactly how it works and what it does and doesn't prove.
Your followers get two reasons to look.
Every proof page answers the two questions entrants actually ask.
Was I really in the draw?
Entrants type their handle and see whether it is in the locked list, verified against the published fingerprint.
Is this "you won" message real?
Fake-winner DMs from look-alike accounts are a standard scam. The proof page shows the real organizer and the real winners.
A screen recording proves you pressed a button. That's it.

Questions
Do entrants need crypto or an account?
No. No wallets, no tokens, no sign-up. Entrants open the proof page and check.
What does "provably fair" mean here?
Neither you nor Drawproof can change who wins once the list is locked: the list and rules are timestamped by two independent authorities before the randomness round exists, and anyone can re-run the selection. If the same list is drawn again, both proof pages show it. It assumes the list you upload is the real list of entrants, which each entrant can check for their own entry.
Where do the entries come from?
You paste them, one per line, or upload a CSV export from your comment-export tool. Duplicates are removed automatically. Direct Instagram and YouTube imports are coming.
Is this legal where I live?
Drawproof selects winners; you run the giveaway and its rules. Free-entry giveaways are legal in most places but local rules apply (Quebec, for example, has registration rules above $100 in prizes). Paid-entry raffles are not supported.
What if I make a mistake?
Until the randomness round (about a minute after you lock the list) you can cancel from your private manage link. Cancellations are shown publicly on the proof page. After that, results are final.
